We are seeking a Pharmacovigilance Capability and Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The role involves developing and implementing patient safety training objectives and translating business performance gaps into effective learning solutions. This position requires collaboration with SMEs, Process Owners, and various line functions to ensure training needs are met and documented.

  • Support the development and implementation of Sandoz patient safety training objectives.
  • Translate business performance gaps into learning solutions, supporting quality improvement initiatives and identifying metrics.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and Process Owners to provide educational programs to improve functional competencies.
  • Ensure training needs are met across line functions within patient safety, including local affiliates.
  • Develop and maintain core training roles and curriculums for each line function.
  • Maintain training inspection readiness and provide support during audits and Health Authority inspections.
  • Act as the training point of contact for strategic suppliers, establishing training programs and overseeing training compliance.
  • Collaborate with other Sandoz learning organizations and site teams to ensure onboarding excellence.
  • Develop strategies for consistent global training deployment and documentation.
  • Produce gap analyses reports for managerial oversight of team training compliance.
  • Act as a learning management system super user.
  • Support other departmental activities as required.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • Three to five years of pharmacovigilance experience desired (not mandatory), including clinical safety and closely related areas of development.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks independently and effectively.
  • Robust presentation and instructional design skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, decision making, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, self-starter with a proactive working style, committed and accountable, able to work transparently under pressure.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and computer skills.
