- Support the development and implementation of Sandoz patient safety training objectives.
- Translate business performance gaps into learning solutions, supporting quality improvement initiatives and identifying metrics.
- Collaborate with SMEs and Process Owners to provide educational programs to improve functional competencies.
- Ensure training needs are met across line functions within patient safety, including local affiliates.
- Develop and maintain core training roles and curriculums for each line function.
- Maintain training inspection readiness and provide support during audits and Health Authority inspections.
- Act as the training point of contact for strategic suppliers, establishing training programs and overseeing training compliance.
- Collaborate with other Sandoz learning organizations and site teams to ensure onboarding excellence.
- Develop strategies for consistent global training deployment and documentation.
- Produce gap analyses reports for managerial oversight of team training compliance.
- Act as a learning management system super user.
- Support other departmental activities as required.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Three to five years of pharmacovigilance experience desired (not mandatory), including clinical safety and closely related areas of development.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks independently and effectively.
- Robust presentation and instructional design skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, decision making, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, self-starter with a proactive working style, committed and accountable, able to work transparently under pressure.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and computer skills.
