Key Responsibilities
As a Safety Systems Associate I, you will:
- Configure pharmacovigilance safety systems for client projects.
- Maintain and document system configurations.
- Generate standard and ad-hoc safety reports.
- Support end users and project teams.
- Perform routine and ad-hoc data extraction for PSURs, DSURs, and periodic listings.
- Participate in safety database migration activities.
- Assist in ticket management and issue resolution.
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor system mailboxes and resolve failures promptly.
- Maintain compliance with SOPs and global pharmacovigilance regulations.
- Support validated safety systems and documentation.
- Perform additional project-related activities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Information Technology/Computer Science
- Equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
Required Experience
Applicants should have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with:
- Oracle Argus Safety
- ARISg
- Veeva Safety
- Experience supporting validated systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in systems support operations.
- Understanding of system integration.
Preferred Skills
Preference will be given to candidates having:
- Clinical systems experience.
- SQL programming knowledge.
- Experience with ticket management tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
