Job Description: Safety & Pharmacovigilance Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and route incoming safety data to appropriate projects.
- Process and track ICSR (Individual Case Safety Reports) in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Redact patient-identifying information per ICH GCP, GVP, and data protection guidelines.
- Enter and manage data in safety databases following company and sponsor protocols.
- Maintain documentation (paper & electronic) and assist with submission processes.
- Support query follow-ups, translation management, and daily workflow reconciliation.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GCP, GVP modules, and global pharmacovigilance regulations.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 1-2 years of experience in ICSR case processing (Pharmacovigilance/Safety roles).
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field.
- Familiarity with safety databases, medical terminology, and clinical trial phases (II-IV).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and safety software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
