Job Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (Jr. Officer/Officer/Sr. Officer, Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager)
- Ensure compliance with US FDA, MHRA, and other regulatory standards.
- Conduct quality audits and maintain documentation for API manufacturing.
- Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold product quality.
Production (GMP Co-ordinator)
- Oversee Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in API production.
- Coordinate production schedules and ensure process efficiency.
- Monitor compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Optimize manufacturing processes for quality and scalability.
Engineering (Officer-Instrumentation, Jr. Officer/Officer – Mechanical)
- Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation and mechanical systems in API manufacturing.
- Ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and support facility upgrades.
- Document technical processes and ensure operational efficiency.
Quality Control (Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive)
- Manage Quality Control processes, including testing and validation.
- Handle QMS documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform analytical testing of APIs and intermediates.
- Support continuous improvement in QC operations.
Qualifications
- Quality Assurance: B.Sc/M.Sc with 2-5 years (Jr. Officer/Officer/Sr. Officer) or 5-10 years (Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager) of Pharma API QA experience.
- Production: B.Sc/M.Sc with 5-7 years of experience in API manufacturing.
- Engineering (Instrumentation): Diploma/BE Instrumentation with 2-5 years in API manufacturing.
- Engineering (Mechanical): Diploma/BE Mechanical with 2-5 years in API manufacturing.
- Quality Control: B.Sc/M.Sc with 4-7 years of experience handling QMS in QC departments.
- Strong knowledge of US FDA, MHRA, and GMP standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
