🔑 Key Responsibilities
1. Healthcare Policy Analysis
- Review and analyze US health insurance policies (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid)
- Evaluate payer coverage criteria, formulary status, prior authorization (PA), and step therapy (ST)
2. Data Analytics & Insights
- Apply healthcare data analytics tools to derive actionable insights
- Recommend improvements in payer strategy and business rules
3. Stakeholder Communication
- Translate complex healthcare policy data into clear, actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain detailed documentation for policy assessments and compliance activities
- Ensure alignment with internal guidelines and regulatory frameworks
5. Strategic Contribution
- Support analytics-driven decision-making
- Contribute to internal initiatives and process optimization projects
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
✔️ Mandatory:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacology / Dentistry
- 2–5 years experience in:
- Pharmacovigilance
- Healthcare analytics
- Insurance / Health IT
✔️ Preferred Skills:
- Strong Excel and data handling skills
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or Power BI
- Familiarity with:
- FDA databases
- Redbook
- Clinical labeling
