Key Responsibilities

As a Review of Records Summarization Specialist, your role will involve:

• Reviewing and summarizing various medical records including Workers’ Compensation, Disability, Attending Physician’s Statements, diagnostic and therapy reports.
• Sorting, indexing, hyperlinking, and bookmarking PDFs for efficient navigation.
• Creating concise medical summaries in SOAP, narrative, and paragraph formats.
• Preparing case synopses, deposition summaries, and subsequent record reviews.
• Supporting physicians in QME, PQME, IME, birth injury, and veteran affairs cases.
• Ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of reports.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: BSc, MSc, DPharm, BPharm, MPharm, BAMS, BHMS, BA, or MA.
• Language Skills: Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge: Familiarity with medical or legal terminology is preferred.
• Experience: Prior work in medical documentation, data summarization, or healthcare administration will be an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with document management tools, PDF hyperlinking, and indexing.
