Job Responsibilities
As a Research Associate in Bioanalytical Operations at Lambda Therapeutic Research, you will play a critical role in supporting clinical research projects. Your key responsibilities include:
- Method Development and Validation: Develop and validate bioanalytical methods to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Sample Analysis: Process and analyze samples for assigned projects with precision and efficiency.
- Instrument Operation: Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS and other analytical instruments to maintain high performance.
- SOP and Compliance: Prepare draft and method-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with System/Method-Specific SOPs, OECD GLP principles, and 21CFR Part 11 regulations.
- Training and Documentation: Complete training on required SOPs/documents before initiating activities and maintain accurate logbooks and instrument labels.
- GLP Implementation: Ensure effective implementation of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), including timely instrument calibrations and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Sc. in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related disciplines).
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in bioanalytical operations, preferably in a CRO or pharmaceutical setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting LC-MS/MS instruments and other analytical equipment.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GLP, 21CFR Part 11, and OECD GLP principles.
