🧠 Key Responsibilities
As an Apprentice – RFI, you will:

- Support the Global Commercial (Sales) Organization by completing Requests for Information (RFIs) from clients.
- Assist in content management by updating and maintaining company data in Fortrea’s content library, Responsive.
- Learn to support low to mid-complexity RFIs across various clinical phases (I–IV).
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other internal teams.
- Participate in process-driven assignments while ensuring compliance with SOPs.
- Assist in metadata management, content edits, and new content integration.
🎓 Education & Qualifications
Candidates should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Science or Technology).
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple academic or professional projects.
