Key Responsibilities:

As the Technical Manager in the Food Department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our testing processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and managing food testing operations in accordance with industry protocols and guidelines.
• Leading a team of analysts to conduct comprehensive testing using wet chemistry methods.
• Collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to maintain ISO 17025 compliance and uphold the integrity of our testing results.
• Developing and implementing testing methodologies and protocols to enhance laboratory processes.
• Providing expert advice and technical support to clients regarding food safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

To be considered for the Technical Manager position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of food testing.
• Proven track record as an FSSAI-approved food analyst (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 17025 standards and their application in laboratory settings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
