Job Summary
The Associate, Regulatory Affairs will play a critical role in ensuring product compliance throughout the product life cycle for CP Skin Health products. Reporting to the Team Lead, Regulatory Operations, this position involves managing regulatory submissions, maintaining product registrations, and ensuring compliance with local and regional regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support new product registrations and life-cycle management for CP Skin Health products, including renewals, variations, and notifications.
- Collaborate with the Regional Regulatory Affairs Department to execute regulatory strategies and report progress.
- Compile and submit high-quality documentation for product registrations, renewals, and annual filings.
- Maintain product registration and ingredient databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Work with global and third-party partners to gather necessary documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Assist in the preparation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and working instructions.
- Stay updated on current regulations, guidelines, and standards for medical devices, cosmetics, and consumer goods.
- Ensure all regulatory documents meet local, regional, and corporate requirements.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, quality, or product development in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or FMCG industries.
- Understanding of regional regulatory requirements and industry practices.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, SAP, and regulatory databases.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
