Key Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating clinical trial activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and overseeing clinical trial operations from initiation to completion
- Coordinating with clinical research teams, investigators, and sponsors
- Monitoring study progress and ensuring timelines are met
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and clinical trial protocols
- Managing study documentation and reporting requirements
- Coordinating with CROs, investigators, and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring data quality, safety compliance, and regulatory adherence
- Supporting project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
Required Qualifications
Candidates applying for this role should possess relevant education in clinical research or life sciences.
Eligible qualifications include:
- Full-time PG Diploma in Clinical Research or MSc in Clinical Research (preferred)
- B.Tech / M.Tech โ Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Pharma
- BSc / MSc โ Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Healthcare / Pharma
Candidates with strong academic backgrounds in clinical research and life sciences will be preferred.
Experience Required
Applicants must have prior experience in clinical research roles.
Experience criteria:
- Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC): Minimum 2 years (On-site mandatory)
- Clinical Research Associate (CRA): 2โ4 years of experience
Preference will be given to candidates with clinical trial exposure in:
- Autoimmune studies
- Oncology clinical trials
