About the Role The role focuses on scientific research strategy, innovation support, and effective communication of complex bioscience concepts. It is ideal for professionals passionate about translating research into impactful outcomes in biotechnology and regenerative medicine.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support scientific research initiatives and innovation projects at the corporate level.
- Develop and communicate scientific strategies, reports, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with research teams to document findings, prepare materials, and ensure clear dissemination of scientific information.
- Assist in clinical research coordination, medical writing, or related lab/research activities as needed.
- Contribute to regulatory, educational, or promotional content in the biotech space.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or a closely related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, clinical research, or other scientific environments is preferred. Candidates with hands-on experience in clinical research, medical writing, or lab/research science are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Age: Open to male and female candidates aged 28-40 years.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced research-driven setting.
Salary and Benefits While the exact salary package will depend on experience and negotiation, similar scientific research and communication roles in Mumbai’s biotech sector typically range from ₹4.5 Lakhs to ₹8 Lakhs per annum (INR), inclusive of incentives and allowances.
