Roles and Responsibilities
As an Officer, Senior Officer, Executive, or Senior Executive in Microbiology or Quality Control, your key duties will include:
- Performing microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and sterility assurance for manufacturing processes.
- Conducting quality control analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Ensuring compliance with WHO-GMP standards, regulatory guidelines, and internal SOPs.
- Handling documentation, investigations for deviations, and CAPA implementation.
- Operating and calibrating instruments like HPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometers, and autoclaves.
- Supporting validation activities, stability studies, and audit preparations.
These roles play a critical part in maintaining product quality and safety in a fast-paced export-oriented facility.
Required Qualifications and Skills
To be eligible, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Sc in Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Experience: 2-6 years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup, preferably in Microbiology or QC departments.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with microbial testing, chemical analysis, and instrumentation.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
