📋 Key Responsibilities
- Interact with US health insurance companies for patient data verification.
- Read and interpret clinical documents for payer requirements.
- Handle 80% voice-based communication (US shift timings: 6 PM–3 AM or 9 PM–6 AM IST).
- Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality as per HIPAA guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with process managers to meet performance KPIs.
- Update patient insurance details and ensure high-quality documentation.
- Demonstrate adaptability and eagerness to learn across multiple healthcare processes.
🎓 Desired Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm (Any specialization).
- Experience: Freshers only.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable with night shifts supporting US time zones.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates must be open to work from Gurugram (no remote or Noida positions available).
- Candidates currently pursuing or awaiting final results are not eligible.
