Job Description
As a Clinical Research Coordinator at Quintessential Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing clinical research studies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary contact for research protocols at affiliated hospitals.
- Directing the conduct of clinical studies to ensure adherence to research protocols.
- Conducting screening, recruitment, counseling, and follow-up of study subjects.
- Participating in initiation visits, investigator meetings, monitoring visits, and close-out visits for assigned clinical trials.
- Managing the Informed Consent Process and ensuring proper documentation.
- Performing submissions to IRB/IEC and reporting SAEs (Serious Adverse Events) to sponsors/CROs and IRB/IEC.
- Preparing, updating, and maintaining site files and patient records.
- Ensuring accurate and complete data entry into case report forms or computer systems.
- Advising investigators on potential protocol and regulatory violations.
- Maintaining audit readiness of the site.
