Key Responsibilities
As a MICC Associate, you will:
- Handle patient and healthcare professional interactions professionally.
- Provide accurate and empathetic communication.
- Conduct follow-up calls to gather additional case information.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation in internal systems.
- Ensure all records remain audit-ready and compliant.
- Route medical information queries to appropriate internal teams.
- Follow SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory procedures.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Deliver excellent customer experience throughout the case lifecycle.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:
- B.Pharm
- Pharm.D
- BDS
- BHMS
- BAMS
- B.Sc Life Sciences
- Equivalent Healthcare or Life Sciences Degree
