Responsibilities
As a Project Manager for New Product Launch at Amneal, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful introduction of new pharmaceutical products. Your key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining up-to-date launch trackers for OSD, Injectable, Ophthalmic, and CMO projects.
- Coordinating with India cross-functional teams (CFTs) to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Managing the introduction of new product forms and ensuring trade dress readiness.
- Attending New Product Launch (NPL) meetings, preparing and sharing Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).
- Preparing presentations for tracking and reporting project progress.
- Coordinating JDE setup processes, COGS calculations, and serialization activities.
- Following up on action items from meetings to ensure timely closure.
- Providing real-time updates on API, materials, and packaging component status.
- Tracking manufacturing, packaging, and release status for new product launches.
- Overseeing stability sample delivery, chamber charging, and analysis for site transfer projects.
- Collaborating with Regulatory Affairs on CBE-30 and PAS filing documents.
- Communicating project status, critical path items, risks, and delays to stakeholders and upper management.
- Completing transport request forms and tracking shipments for upcoming launches.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Business Administration, or Project Management).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical project management or similar roles (preferred).
- Familiarity with JDE systems, COGS calculations, and serialization processes is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Knowledge of regulatory affairs processes, including CBE-30 and PAS filings, is an advantage.
