The selected candidates will oversee critical operations in aseptic processing, sterilization, lyophilization, and infusion bag production, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., USFDA, EMA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute aseptic filling processes (Vials/PFS) and bulk compounding.
- Manage vial washing, depyrogenation, lyophilization, and terminal sterilization.
- Conduct line clearance checks and in-process quality controls.
- Operate pharma IT systems (SAP, MES, Documentum, TrackWise).
- Lead shift activities and team coordination in a GMP-compliant environment.

Essential Qualifications:
- Education: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy (Full-time).
- Experience: 2–6 years in injectable manufacturing (Regulatory knowledge mandatory).
- Technical Skills:
- Aseptic processing, lyophilization, or terminal sterilization.
- Proficiency in SAP, MES, TrackWise, and GEP.
- Soft Skills: Team leadership, shift flexibility, and problem-solving.
