Job Description: Process & Quality Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality leadership to editors and team members, ensuring high standards in drug data management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve product outcomes.
- Conduct quality checks, content validation, and data assurance activities.
- Support training, query resolution, and guidance for team members.
- Analyze and report on process improvements and quality issues.
- Maintain quality documentation and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Assist in new product development and strategic initiatives.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine.
- 2+ years in AdisInsight Drugs/RDI production process.
- 5+ years in technical leadership/management roles.
- Strong understanding of drug development & clinical research.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data, drive process improvements, and ensure high-quality outputs.
