Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital support role for the Medical Information (MI) Enquiry Handling teams and Senior Management, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch administrative efficiency.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned by management.
- Answer the company’s main phone line professionally and route calls appropriately.
- Provide front-desk and visitor reception support, including sign-ins and greetings.
- Assist filing clerks with daily mail processing, archiving, and stationery management.
- Maintain high accuracy and quality in all assigned tasks.
- Ensure compliance with ProPharma’s SOPs, Working Instructions (WIs), and Health & Safety Policies.
- Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards according to Data Privacy regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of administrative or office support experience (fresh graduates may apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional telephone etiquette and customer-facing demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
