PrimeVigilance is hiring PV Associate and Senior PV Associate professionals in Pune for its ICSR Management department. This opportunity is suitable for experienced life science and healthcare professionals with hands-on expertise in pharmacovigilance case processing, ICSR data entry, quality review, reconciliation and safety database operations.
Candidates should have previous Pharmacovigilance experience and practical exposure to safety databases such as Oracle Argus, LSMV or ArisG. Applicants must currently be based in Pune or be willing to relocate, as the position follows a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities
As a PV Associate / Senior PV Associate in the ICSR Management team, responsibilities include:
- Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) received from post-marketing and clinical trial sources.
- Perform case triage, data entry, quality review and submission workflow activities.
- Ensure cases are processed according to applicable pharmacovigilance regulations, company procedures and client-specific requirements.
- Complete case processing activities within defined regulatory and client timelines.
- Conduct reconciliation activities for different types of safety reports.
- Maintain accuracy, completeness and quality of pharmacovigilance case data.
- Work under the supervision and mentorship of experienced Pharmacovigilance colleagues.
- Support end-to-end safety case processing in accordance with established procedures.
Qualification & Eligibility
Candidates applying for the PrimeVigilance PV Associate Pune vacancy should meet the following requirements:
- Life Science, Biomedical or Healthcare-related educational background.
- Relevant degrees may include B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Veterinary Science or other relevant healthcare/life science qualifications, subject to employer assessment.
- Previous experience in Pharmacovigilance case processing is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Data Entry or Quality Control (QC) is required.
- Demonstrated start-to-finish ICSR case processing experience is required.
- The job posting targets professionals with approximately 2–6 years of Pharmacovigilance experience.
- Experience with Argus, LSMV or ArisG safety databases is required.
- Strong time management, issue management, organization, delegation and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced written and verbal English proficiency, at least C1 level.
- Candidates must be able to work in a hybrid model from the Pune office.
