Job Description: Microbiologist
Are you a detail-oriented and results-driven Microbiologist eager to contribute to a leading pharmaceutical company? If so, we encourage you to attend our walk-in interview. We are seeking talented individuals to play a crucial role in our quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological testing of various samples, including raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. This includes but is not limited to Bioburden & Sterility testing.
- Perform environmental monitoring (EM) and water testing according to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Execute testing related to Medical Devices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing procedures and results.
- Prepare and review protocols and reports.
- Participate in internal audits and quality control initiatives.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Microbiology or Biotechnology.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of GLP and GDP principles.
- Hands-on experience with microbiological testing techniques (e.g., Bioburden, Sterility, Water testing, Environmental Monitoring, Medical Device Testing).
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for report preparation and data analysis.
