Job Description
The Apprentice will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing, packaging, quality checks, and compliance activities. This role ensures that production processes meet regulatory standards and operates smoothly across departments. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting processes, verifying documentation, and monitoring data integrity to align with regulatory norms, including 21 CFR Part 111 for export markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Line Clearance and Production Oversight:
- Provide area and line clearance for manufacturing, packing, and dispensing activities.
- Perform in-process checks during manufacturing and packaging stages.
- Verification and Documentation:
- Verify weighing balance calibration and environmental monitoring daily.
- Check equipment cleanliness and batch manufacturing records online.
- Review production documents and monitor non-conformance reports.
- Sampling and Quality Checks:
- Perform sampling of bulk stage products and finished goods for analysis.
- Conduct in-process quality checks for various manufacturing departments (Tablet, Liquid, HNH, and ANH).
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 111 for food/dietary supplement exports.
- Implement sanitation programs and ensure EHS compliance.
- Training and Monitoring:
- Provide on-the-job training to new personnel in production.
- Monitor statistical processes and ensure CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) are effectively implemented.
- Data Integrity and Reporting:
- Maintain strict data integrity and report daily non-conformance issues.
- Facilitate effective documentation to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality control.
