Manufacturing Department:

1. Production Supervisor / Executive (Jambusar)

Are you a highly motivated and experienced professional seeking a challenging role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? PI Pharma offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality chemicals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily production operations within a hazardous chemical plant setting.
  • Ensuring adherence to stringent safety protocols and regulations.
  • Monitoring and optimizing production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Managing and motivating a team of production personnel.
  • Troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintaining detailed records and reports on production activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, or Diploma/B.Tech/BE in Chemical Engineering.
  • 3-8 years of experience in DCS panel and field operations within hazardous chemical plants.
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of safety practices and procedures within a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.

2. Pilot Plant Supervisor / Executive (Panoli)

This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of new chemical processes within our state-of-the-art pilot plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the pilot plant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Conducting experiments and tests to optimize chemical processes.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on experimental findings.
  • Working closely with the technology transfer team to implement new processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, or Diploma/B.Tech/BE in Chemical Engineering.
  • 3-7 years of experience in field operations within hazardous chemical plants.
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of safety practices and basic knowledge of chemistry.
  • Experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Engineering Department:

3. Instrumentation Supervisor / Executive (Jambusar)

We are seeking a skilled instrumentation professional to join our engineering team and contribute to the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and troubleshooting instrumentation systems within a chemical plant.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of instrumentation readings.
  • Conducting preventative maintenance on instrumentation equipment.
  • Implementing improvements to instrumentation systems to enhance efficiency and safety.
  • Working closely with other engineering and production personnel.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Instrumentation & Control or B.Tech/BE in Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 3-8 years of experience in an instrumentation department within a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of instrumentation principles and practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation problems efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Industries: Agro Chemicals, Fine Chemicals, Pharma-API, Specialty Chemicals.
