Responsibilities:
- Provide post and presales application training for new and existing sites.
- Ensure systems are successfully handed over to users to improve customer satisfaction.
- Offer clinical application support to users until they are confident in handling the system independently.
- Develop good relations with users/clinicians.
- Develop new sites as demo/reference sites.
- Provide application support for regional and national conferences and workshops.
- Support clinical activities, user meetings, and technicians’ CME for knowledge transfer.
- Gather information about own products and competitors’ products.
- Conduct internal sales training on key application tools.
- Create case studies, clinical newsletters, and testimonials.
- Develop and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).
- Conduct post-installation user training.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc/M.Sc or any relevant degree in medical imaging
