Position: Senior Specialist, International Patient Safety (IPS)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pharmacovigilance (PV) activities in compliance with global and local regulations.
  • Assist in risk management plans (RMPs) and risk minimization measures.
  • Manage safety mailbox communications and aggregate reporting.
  • Conduct literature screening and Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) submissions.
  • Oversee PV agreements with distributors and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure data quality and compliance with PV System Master File (PSMF) requirements.
  • Support PV audits, inspections, and CAPA management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient safety strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years in pharmaceutical PV, medical affairs, or healthcare compliance.
  • Strong regulatory knowledge (ICH, CIOMS, GVP guidelines).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Life sciences degree (pharmacy, nursing, or related field).
  • C2-level English proficiency (Cambridge-certified or equivalent).

Desired Competencies:

  • Technical proficiency in PV databases & automation tools.
  • Process improvement & data management expertise.
  • Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team.
