🧪 Key Responsibilities (ICSR & Pharmacovigilance)

• Perform pharmacovigilance case processing, including duplicate search and validation
• Complete data entry, MedDRA coding, drug coding, listedness, causality assessment, and expedited reporting
• Draft clear and compliant ICSR narratives as per SOPs and global regulatory guidelines
• Ensure adherence to local and global PV regulations (ICH, GVP, FDA, EMA)
• Prepare, review, and update SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), templates, and training documents
• Escalate urgent safety issues to the Line Manager and QPPV in a timely manner
• Support 100% regulatory compliance and timely case submissions
• Deliver training sessions to new joiners and junior team members
• Provide pharmacovigilance guidance to internal teams and clients
• Maintain accurate documentation and professional correspondence
• Stay updated with regulatory intelligence and implement changes

🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• Fresher candidates are eligible and encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance concepts is an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation
