Job Responsibilities
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate at Accenture, your role will primarily focus on ensuring the safety of pharmaceutical products. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the Affiliate Mailbox and reconciling reports according to the established processes.
- Performing written follow-ups for both Serious and Non-serious cases.
- Creating and managing case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
- Ensuring that all activities comply with client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
- Working with your team to solve routine problems, using general guidelines and standard procedures.
- Collaborating closely with your supervisor and team members to ensure high-quality work.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
