Responsibilities
As a PV Associate at PrimeVigilance, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations. Your key responsibilities include:
- Processing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSR) from post-marketing and clinical trial sources, adhering to regulatory requirements, PrimeVigilance procedures, and client-specific timelines.
- Performing triage, data entry, quality review, and submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conducting reconciliation activities for all types of received reports.
- Collaborating with team members under the supervision and mentorship of experienced colleagues.
- Utilizing pharmacovigilance databases such as ARGUS, LSMV, or ArisG to manage case processing workflows.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A life science or biomedical degree (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, or veterinary science).
- 2-3 years of full start-to-finish case processing experience in pharmacovigilance.
- Proven experience in data entry or quality control (QC).
- Proficiency in ARGUS, LSMV, or ArisG pharmacovigilance databases.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written, at least C1 level).
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment in Pune, India.
- Willingness to relocate to Pune, if not already based there.
