🧩 Role & Responsibilities

As a Pharmacovigilance Analyst, your core duties include:

• Performing pharmacovigilance activities per project requirements.
• Collecting, tracking, and documenting incoming Adverse Events (AEs) or endpoint data.
• Detecting and identifying AEs, Product Quality Complaints (PQCs), and other safety information from multiple sources.
• Conducting duplicate searches in safety databases and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Managing follow-ups, queries, and assisting in safety report submissions.
• Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring timely deliverables.
• Supporting risk identification, resolution proposals, and timely escalation of issues.
• Attending required trainings and team meetings as part of ongoing development.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of pharmacovigilance experience in pharmaceutical or CRO settings.
• In-depth understanding of drug safety processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and database proficiency (MS Office).
• Knowledge of case processing, literature searches, and safety data entry.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
