IQVIA, a global leader in healthcare intelligence and life sciences consulting, is hiring a Pharma Pricing & Market Access Analyst for its India operations. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical pricing and market access analytics who want to work on global and regional pricing strategies.
The role focuses on pricing analytics, reference pricing impact analysis, business case development, and price optimization, while collaborating with cross-functional market access and commercial teams. Positions are available under a hybrid work model in Gurugram, Bangalore, and Pune.
Key Responsibilities – Pharma Pricing & Market Access Analyst
- Support pharmaceutical pricing and market access projects across global and regional markets
- Conduct price optimization and reference pricing impact analysis
- Analyze pricing, market, and competitive data to generate actionable insights
- Develop and maintain pricing tools, trackers, and analytical models
- Monitor and optimize prices for in-market and pipeline products
- Prepare business-ready reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with global, regional, and local market access teams
- Ensure accuracy, documentation, and quality of all analytical deliverables
- Contribute to continuous improvement of pricing processes and analytics platforms
Eligibility & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biotechnology, Engineering, or Commerce
- 1–3 years of experience in Pharma Pricing & Market Access
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint (VBA is an advantage)
- Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- High ownership, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
Good to Have
- Experience with Power BI, statistical tools
- Exposure to IMS, MIDAS, SAP BW/BO
- Understanding of global pharmaceutical pricing frameworks
