Pfizer is looking for a dynamic and motivated Trainee Healthcare Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This role involves promoting Pfizer’s products, building relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, hospitals) to promote Pfizer’s products.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to expand product reach.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
- Attend medical conferences, seminars, and training programs as required.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
- Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales are welcome.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
