Intern, Data Science & AI – Mumbai
Responsibilities
- Represent the Global Supply division on administrative matters, recommending and implementing internal policies.
- Execute digital campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and Medical teams, focusing on user experience and content plans.
- Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance, providing analytical insights through KPIs.
- Support event planning, customer service, and technical writing/editing to enhance business efficiency.
- Maintain local documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinate digital platform management.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and manage time effectively to prioritize workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum: bachelor’s or master’s degree (especially in business, marketing, life sciences, or analytics)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under moderate supervision and follow established procedures.
- Preferred: Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry or scientific research environments, commercial analytics experience, and proficiency in digital platforms.
Associate – Safety Data Management Specialist – Chennai
Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) processing, including listedness assessment.
- Review, rank, verify, and process case-related information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Write and edit case narratives and perform appropriate follow-up, generating follow-up requests as needed.
- Assess cases for complexity and escalate appropriately to ensure proper workflow.
- Liaise with stakeholders for safety data collection and reconciliation.
- Ensure reportability of scheduled reports, adhering to global regulatory requirements and Pfizer policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum: B. Pharm, M. Pharm, or Pharm. D with 1-2 years of experience in ICSR processing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with ARGUS safety database, proficiency in processing XML source documents (E2B R2 and R3), and strong knowledge of medical terminology and global drug safety regulations.
