Department: Quality Control (QC) & Analytical Research and Development (ARD)
- Position: AMV Analyst
- Experience Required: 1 to 8 years
- Qualifications: M.Pharmacy or M.Sc
- Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytical method validation (AMV) for sterile injectable products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for QC operations.
- Analyze samples and prepare reports to maintain product integrity.
- Collaborate with the R&D team for the development of new methods.
- Stay updated on latest QC protocols and industry standards.
Department: Microbiology
- Position: Officer (EM, BET, Analyst)
- Experience Required: 1 to 4 years
- Qualifications: M.Sc in Microbiology
- Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental monitoring (EM) and ensure sterility of production areas.
- Perform Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET) to detect endotoxins in injectable products.
- Conduct various microbiological analyses to ensure product safety and quality.
- Adhere to strict microbiological testing protocols and maintain detailed records.
Department: Production
- Position: Operator (Filling, Washing, Autoclave)
- Experience Required: 2 to 8 years
- Qualifications: ITI or Diploma
- Job Responsibilities:
- Operate filling and washing machines for sterile injectable production.
- Maintain autoclaves and ensure proper sterilization of equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safe and efficient production.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the production environment.
Department: Packing/Production
- Position: Executive (QMS, Shift In-Charge)
- Experience Required: 3 to 6 years
- Qualifications: B.Pharm
- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) for production operations.
- Act as shift in-charge, overseeing production activities and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure proper packing of products to meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
Qualifications and Skills
