Roles & Responsibilities
As a Trainee in Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for maintaining quality systems and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring implementation of cGMP norms in manufacturing areas
- Providing line clearance in dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging
- Monitoring production activities and ensuring compliance
- Sampling of in-process and finished products for QC analysis
- Conducting IPQA checks in manufacturing and packaging areas
- Monitoring environmental conditions like temperature, humidity, and pressure
- Ensuring proper gowning and entry/exit procedures
- Verifying calibration and maintenance of equipment
- Reviewing BMR, BPR, and other batch-related documents
- Handling control samples and stability samples
- Managing deviations, change control, complaints, and product recalls
- Preparing SOPs, APQR, validation plans, and quality manuals
- Maintaining vendor files and product dossiers
- Supervising QMS documentation lifecycle
- Monitoring training activities across the plant
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have:
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems
- Basic knowledge of cGMP guidelines
- Good documentation and analytical skills
