Key Responsibilities
As a Patient Care Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting patient enrolment and therapy adherence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Patient Counselling: Counsel patients for improved health-related outcomes based on pre-defined touchpoints.
- Adverse Event Reporting: Report adverse events or market complaints as per SOP.
- Patient Adherence: Track and ensure patient adherence to prescribed therapy.
