As a Project Specialist I, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of clinical and regulatory projects—making a tangible impact on global health advancements.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Leader in project setup, planning, and execution.
- Maintain and update data in project management systems to ensure compliance and quality.
- Prepare project reports, metrics, and compliance documentation for internal and client reviews.
- Support vendor selection, training setup, and project financial reviews.
- Coordinate with functional leads to manage project timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
- Contribute to study reporting, data tracking, and follow-ups on corrective actions.
- Oversee system access management and ensure timely project closure and documentation.
- Participate in internal and client meetings to report progress and action items.
- Review vendor invoices and financial close-out documentation.
- Mentor new team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or equivalent).
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in a Project Specialist role, or
- 2+ years in Clinical Research or Clinical Operations.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in IH/GCP standards and global research practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a matrix environment with diverse global teams.
- Competencies:
