• Assist the Project Leader in project setup, planning, and execution.
• Maintain and update data in project management systems to ensure compliance and quality.
• Prepare project reports, metrics, and compliance documentation for internal and client reviews.
• Support vendor selection, training setup, and project financial reviews.
• Coordinate with functional leads to manage project timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
• Contribute to study reporting, data tracking, and follow-ups on corrective actions.
• Oversee system access management and ensure timely project closure and documentation.
• Participate in internal and client meetings to report progress and action items.
• Review vendor invoices and financial close-out documentation.
• Mentor new team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or equivalent).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year in a Project Specialist role, or
  • 2+ years in Clinical Research or Clinical Operations.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in IH/GCP standards and global research practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix environment with diverse global teams.
