In this role, you’ll collaborate with business and finance teams to manage project setup, billing, revenue recognition, and budgeting — all while supporting clinical development initiatives that advance healthcare worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Business Development, Client Finance, and Project Leaders to ensure accurate and timely project setup in financial systems.
- Review signed contracts and ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition milestones.
- Maintain and update project budgets, scope changes, and team allocations post-award.
- Facilitate project close-outs and manage funding adjustments to support billing.
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to financial reporting standards.
- Respond promptly to business queries and participate actively in team discussions.
- Uphold Parexel’s commitment to accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Experience: 0–2 years in financial analysis, accounting support, or project finance.
- Strong command of MS Excel; knowledge of Oracle Financials and Business Objects preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines.
- Prior exposure to pharma, CROs, or MNC finance environments is an advantage.
