Job Summary:
This pivotal role within the Product Management Department involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth. The Product Executive will play a key role in the successful launch and ongoing management of assigned pharmaceutical products.
Major Job Responsibilities:
This position demands a highly organized and results-oriented individual. Key responsibilities include:
- New Product Launches and Management: Lead all aspects of new product introductions, including market research, competitive analysis, and launch strategies. Develop and implement strategies for the sustained growth of existing products, maximizing their market potential.
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including defining target audiences, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and allocating resources effectively. Formulate strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with sales targets.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage annual budgets for assigned products, ensuring efficient allocation of funds and tracking performance against budget.
- Promotional Materials and Activities: Develop engaging promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content. Define and execute promotional activities to support new and existing product launches.
- Field Engagement and Training: Conduct regular field conferences and scientific seminars/CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) across different regions to educate healthcare professionals about our products. Provide comprehensive training to field colleagues on assigned product lines, ensuring consistent messaging and effective sales strategies.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Prepare regular reports detailing product performance, market share, and competitive landscape.

Education:
- M. Pharm / B. Pharm
Experience:
- 1 year of experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential for effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and healthcare professionals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools is advantageous.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are crucial for interpreting market data, identifying trends, and developing effective marketing strategies.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and solve problems effectively, utilizing creative solutions and sound judgment.
