Responsibilities in the Role
As a Medical Information Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling voicemails, inbound and outbound calls for:
- Adverse Events (AEs)
- Product Complaints (PCs)
- Medical Inquiries (MIs)
- Non-standard inquiries
- Preparing and maintaining source documents for each interaction.
- Managing reports for:
- Spontaneous and solicited events.
- Adverse Events and Medication Errors.
- Legal and Special Case scenarios.
- Product and Medical Device Complaints.
This position demands strong communication skills, subject knowledge, and a proactive approach to managing queries effectively.
Qualifications Required
- Educational Background:
- BDS
- M.Pharm / B.Pharm
- Pharma graduates with strong domain knowledge.
- Additional Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage shifts.
- Immediate joiners only.
Key Terms
- Employment bond of 18 months is mandatory.
- Initial work location will be Hyderabad for at least one year before transitioning to Delhi.
- This is a full-time, in-office role with no WFH option.
- Candidates should have a notice period of 10 days or less.
- No cab facility is provided.
