Job Responsibilities
As an apprentice at OneSource, you will:
- Assist in drug product (DP) manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Support engineering and project activities, including equipment maintenance and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
- Participate in training programs to develop technical and professional skills.
- Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment.
Qualifications
To be eligible for the OneSource Apprentice Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background:
- DP Manufacturing: B.Pharm or B.Sc (2024 or 2025 graduates).
- Engineering & Projects: B.E in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical (2024 or 2025 graduates).
- Must have a Provisional Certificate (mandatory) and either a Degree Certificate or all semester marksheets.
- Freshers only: Candidates previously covered under ESI or PF are not eligible.
- Strong interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing or engineering.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
