๐ผ Available Positions
1. Clinical Data Associate
Location: India (Bangalore preferred)
Experience: 0.5 โ 1 year
Education: Graduate in Life Sciences or Clinical Research
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry of clinical trial data using CDM software.
- Track CRF pages and manage data queries.
- Support database testing, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Assist in generating listings, reports, and edit check testing.
- Maintain communication with Lead Clinical Data Managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in a clinical or life sciences discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year experience in data management or related field.
2. Associate Clinical Data Manager
Location: India (Bangalore preferred)
Experience: 3 โ 6 years
Education: Graduate in Life Sciences or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage all aspects of data management for clinical trials.
- Design database structures, validation rules, and consistency checks.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and external data reconciliation.
- Liaise with client companies, project teams, and external vendors.
- Develop Data Management Plans and key study documentation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 yearsโ experience in Clinical Data Management.
3. Senior Clinical Data Manager
Location: India (Bangalore preferred)
Experience: 8+ years
Education: Graduate in Life Sciences or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all data management activities for clinical studies.
- Mentor and train junior CDM staff.
- Oversee database design, validation, and cleaning activities.
- Prepare and maintain Data Management Plans and study documentation.
- Participate in process improvement and departmental initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
- At least 8 yearsโ experience in Clinical Data Management within pharma/CRO.
