About the Role:
As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at Novo Nordisk, you will play a critical role in site management and coordination for clinical trials. Acting as an ambassador for the company, you will ensure compliance with local regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and protocol requirements to maintain data quality and protect study subjects. This position requires leadership, effective communication, and the ability to drive results that contribute to the successful completion of clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead site management activities, including site selection, initiation, conduct, and closing activities for assigned studies.
- Coordinate with Clinical Research Managers (CRM) and Regional Trial Managers (RTM) to communicate progress and address critical issues affecting trial progress.
- Conduct efficient and accurate site selection visits, analyzing site logistics and performance indicators.
- Develop patient recruitment strategies and implement mitigation actions as needed.
- Perform monitoring activities at trial sites in accordance with the protocol, ensuring source data verification and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Utilize IT systems for site visit preparation, conduct, and data verification in collaboration with data management/logistics teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Science, Pharmacy, or a relevant field preferred.
- Certification in ICH-GCP training preferred.
- Additional qualification in clinical research preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- Experience in 1-2 multinational clinical trials phase 2-3 preferred.
