Key Responsibilities:

- Contact U.S. healthcare facilities to retrieve and review patient medical records.
- Support expert cancer care decisions through accurate documentation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely data collection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Life Sciences, Nursing, or Pharmacy.
- 1–3 years of experience in U.S. healthcare, medical scribing, or patient call coordination (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality protocols.
2️⃣ Clinical Analyst (Work from Office – Bangalore, Infantry Road)
Work Type: On-site (Bangalore)
Shift: Full-time | Night Shift (US Time Zones)
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret patient reports and case summaries.
- Collaborate with oncologists to assist in personalized, evidence-based treatment planning.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of clinical data.
- Support cancer care recommendations using Navya’s AI-enabled platform.
Requirements:
- Qualification: M.Pharm, Pharm.D, Ph.D (Clinical Research/Pharmacology), B.Tech/M.Tech Biotechnology, M.Sc, or B.Pharm.
- Experienced candidates preferred; however, freshers with strong academic or domain knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of oncology and clinical research practices is a plus.
