Open Positions and Requirements
NATCO Pharma is seeking candidates with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry for the following departments:
1. Quality Assurance (QA) – IPQA / AQA / Qualifications / Documentation
- Experience: 1 to 10 years
- Positions Available: Senior Executive, Executive, Officer, Assistant Officer
- Qualifications: M.Sc, B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Hands-on experience in IPQA activities for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and sterile operations.
- Proven experience in qualification activities for equipment, utilities, instruments, and facilities.
- Expertise in Analytical QA, including handling Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results, incident investigations, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) activities.
- Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
2. Microbiology (OSD / Injectables)
- Experience: 3 to 12 years
- Positions Available: Assistant Manager, Senior Executive, Executive, Officer, Assistant Officer
- Qualifications: M.Sc (Microbiology)
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and GLP activities, including analytical document review.
- Expertise in media preparation and method validations of Microbial Limit Tests (MLT) and Bioburden tests (BET).
- Proficiency in Vitek-2 operation, culture handling, water sampling, and analysis.
- Experience in environmental monitoring activities within a pharmaceutical setting.
- Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and microbial contamination control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Engineering (QMS / Process / Electrical) – 4 to 10 Years Experience
- Positions Available: Executive, Officer, Assistant Officer, Senior Assistant, Assistant, Trainee
- Qualifications: Diploma, B.Tech
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Hands-on experience in QMS, documentation, and Operational Qualification (OQ) protocol execution.
- Experience in process maintenance and vendor follow-up activities.
- Experience in OSD process and packing maintenance and qualifications.
- Experience in electrical maintenance and electrical substation operations.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD software.
- Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) principles.
4. Warehouse (OSD / Sterile)
- Experience: 0 to 6 years
- Positions Available: Assistant Officer, Senior Assistant, Assistant, Trainee
- Qualifications: B.Com, B.Sc
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Handling of raw and packing materials.
- Knowledge of SAP and isolator handling.
- Experience in dispensing and material management.
- Understanding of inventory control and warehouse management principles.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
