Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Officer/Executive – IPQA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Line Clearance and In-Process Checks: Oversee line clearance and perform in-process quality checks to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Batch Record Review: Review batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
- cGMP Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with cGMP guidelines to maintain product quality and safety.
- Quality Standards Enforcement: Ensure all manufacturing activities meet stringent quality standards, minimizing deviations and ensuring product integrity.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for audits and regulatory inspections.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical formulation plant, preferably in an injectable plant.
- Gender: Male candidates only (as per company requirements).
- Skills: Strong knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and quality assurance processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
