Job Openings and Responsibilities

1. Case Processing

• Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, PharmaD
• Experience: 0-3 years
• CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform duplicate checks for all source documents received in intake, ensuring the identification of any existing Adverse Event Report (AER).
• Determine whether the source document is an initial case or a follow-up case.
• Enter or confirm the initial/latest receipt date.
• Complete the minimum applicable data entry of the case in accordance with client guidelines and SOPs.

2. Medical Reviewer/Medical Affairs

• Qualification: BDS, MDS, MBBS (Freshers eligible)
• Experience: Experience-based; CTC depends on interview performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of medical documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate the relevance and reliability of medical information.
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to medical practitioners.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical advancements and regulations.

3. Medical Information Contact Center

• Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, PharmaD
• Experience: 5-6 years
• Designation: DSA-III/Assistant Manager
• CTC: Depends on interview performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage team members to ensure the efficient delivery of daily activities.
• Implement project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures.
• Apply appropriate technical and quality strategies to meet client requirements.
• Design and implement project management standards.
• Monitor overall progress across projects and ensure optimal resource utilization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Requirements: Degrees as specified above for each role.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management (for Assistant Manager roles).
