Available Positions and Departments
MSN Laboratories is recruiting across key departments in its Formulation units. Here’s a breakdown:
Production Roles:
- Production Injectables — Skills include Production Onco OSD, Granulation, Blending, Bin-to-Bin transfer, Compression, Blister Packing, QMS/Compliance activities, BMR/BPR preparation, Deviation handling, Labelling, Visual Inspection, and Packing supervision.
- Production OSD — Involves Blister Packing, CAM & HI Cartonator, Compression, Capsule Coating, Roll Compaction, Documentation, Packing Executive, and Bilayer operations.
Quality & Assurance Roles:
- Quality Control — General QC operations.
- Microbiology — Environmental Monitoring (EM), Media Preparation, MLT, BET, Sterility Testing.
- QA Sterile — IPQA, Sterile Validations, AQA Microbiology.
- QA OSD — IPQA Manufacturing, Packing, CQA.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, M.Sc, M.Pharmacy (depending on role).
- Experience:
- Production Injectables: 1-8 years
- Production OSD: 2-8 years
- QC, QA, Microbiology, Sterile & OSD QA: 2-8 years
Candidates should possess hands-on skills in respective areas like granulation, compression, blister packing, QMS, deviation management, sterility testing, validations, and documentation.
