API Production Officer/Executive (Experienced Candidates)
Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Graduation
- Experience: 1-5 years in API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) Production
- Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in handling reactors, centrifuges, ANFD (Air-Not-Free-Dispensing) systems, vacuum pumps, and other cleanroom equipment.
- In-depth understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations within a pharmaceutical production environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of documentation procedures, including batch records, deviations, and change controls.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and adherence to strict protocols.
- Experience with process optimization and improvement initiatives is a plus.
API Production Trainee (Fresh Graduates)
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Chemistry (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 graduates)
- Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Strong foundational knowledge of chemistry concepts and principles.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and techniques.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to contribute to a dynamic research and development team.
- Training will be provided on handling reactors, centrifuges, ANFD systems, vacuum pumps, and other cleanroom equipment.
Compensation:
- Trainee positions offer a starting salary of ₹20,000 per month. Salary for Officer/Executive positions will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
