- Evaluate pre-clinical studies, bioavailability, and bioequivalence protocols.
- Review and prepare clinical overviews and justify bio-waivers.
- Manage BENOC and T-license applications.
- Conduct audits for clinical studies and CROs.
- Review clinical study reports and summaries.
- Prepare detailed product profiles and toxicology data analysis.
- Respond to queries from regulatory authorities.
- Perform literature and article searches.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams (FR&D, Corporate-RA, FDQA) and external CROs.
๐ Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification: M.Pharm in Pharmacology, Toxicology, Regulatory Affairs, or Pharmaceutics
- Experience: 1โ6 years in Formulation Research & Development (FR&D)
- Key Skills:
- MS Office proficiency
- Clinical SAS
- Adobe Professional
- Phoenix Expert (PK/PD analysis tools)
- Strong knowledge of pharmacokinetics, clinical pharmacology, toxicology, and statistics.
